Into Yoga and Nature

Liz Turner is a qualified yoga teacher, helping people listen to their bodies & practise yoga to their ability. She focuses particularly on bringing the breath fully into the physical aspect of yoga, as an integral way of helping people to practise yoga appropriately, as well as bringing many physical and mental health benefits. Liz also teaches meditation, either as part of yoga classes or separately, focusing particularly on a spiritual heart meditation, ‘Hridaya’ inspired by the great Indian Master Ramana Maharshi.

Liz teaches yoga classes in South Brent and Ivybridge, including Children’s yoga and mindfulness.

She also has many years experience leading nature activities such as practical work outdoors, wild food foraging, tree identification walks (including their uses) and nature connection. She has managed an agroforestry project in South Devon specialising in mimicking nature to grow food. Tours, work experience and workshops can be arranged here, plus at other South Devon sites. Liz also has an agroforestry powerpoint that can be used for presentations to explain the ethos behind agroforestry.
