Carolina Read B.Sc. (Hons) Physiotherapy

I qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1992. I have worked within the NHS in hospital, GP practice and community settings to date. I have taught in Back to Work and Expert patient programmes, worked within the Armed Forces and with schools in Paediatric care.

My additional skills in health and wellbeing developed with gaining certification in breathwork and counselling, and becoming a practitioner of Flower essences in 2003. This developed into writing and speaking about the subject, and I am currently research officer of the National association of Essence practitioners in the UK. www.bfvea.com

I trained as a registered Sunflower practitioner, a thorough and effective method to help young children with any challenges in their learning, health and behaviour. I am now under taking the Thrive Approach training.

As a fully qualified Acupuncture practitioner within the Association of Physiotherapists in Acupuncture, www.aacp.org.uk, I can provide this safely within a clinic setting to support pain relief, recovery and well-being.

I have a gentle, supportive approach with people and I’m very happy to speak on the phone to answer any questions you may have or to arrange an appointment. Home visits are available.

We are looking to set up a brokerage for Personal health budgets.
